Establishing 2 environmental libraries in 2 schools in Al-Sadir city, this project was financed by
UNOPS.
Organize awareness workshops for women in Al-Husainia territory in north of Baghdad in human
rights, democracy, first aid and environment health.
Adopt awareness workshops about positive
reaction with constitution process and establishments of
democratic and institutional principles.
Organizing first environmental conference 29-30 March 2006 in cooperation with
Green Peace Organization in Kurdistan with large
participation of ministries, universities, and NGOs.

his activity was done by National Babylon association for human
rights –Dewania office in cooperation with widow org.

Together initiative In WED 2006
There is separate activity of distributing eco-bags with
booklets and hats were done in Baghdad in Alhussania city in
North of Baghdad

In cooperation and coordination between Together and Iraqi
Alamal association and
Also shorts, T-shirts and socks are distributed for football
teams in Alhussania city as well as rehabilitation of gridiron,
this was done in cooperation with Baghdad governorate council,
also grass planting for this area, this was done in occasion of
WED 2006.Booklets and eco-bags are distributed for the teams.
TOGETHER achieved a project (Net
working Program for
Developing
Educational
System for
National
Reconciliation & Constitutional
Review) in 5 schools in Bagdad.
This project was funded by UNOPS,with five schools in Bagdad(
providing 5 schools with computers, internet system, data show
,generators and many educational CDS with training
programs for teachers and students on how to use computers
and internet.
Together in cooperation with ministry of
agriculture ,lead planting campaign in Kurdistan to plant
250,000 plants , 50,000 of this quantity are olive plants ,
distributed for farmers with their commitments to sustain them ,
the remaining plants are forests plants and distributed to the
school yards, public squares, colleges yards.
Together now implement project (Iraqi youth and
social change ) in 10 governorates in Iraq to develop Iraqi
youth skills and to encourage them to achieve projects for the
benefit of their communities. This project will last 1 year. |
