Regional and International conferences:
1. International conference for environment and health
in Iraq after war, that conference was organized by
Stony Brook University - Amman (September 2005).
2. Participation in
Paris Conference that was adopted by UNESCO
(Iraqi Educational System Development) in Paris
8-9/12/2005.
3. Together participated in “Arab Civil
Societies Consultation” on the Follow Up the
Arab Initiative for Sustainable Development –Algeria
17-18 December 2006 as representative of Iraqi NGOS.
4. Organizing first environmental conference 29-30 March 2006 in cooperation with Green Peace Organization in Kurdistan
with large participation of ministries, universities, and NGOs.
5. Participation in Environment & Gender conference that was organized by Bahrain Women Association –Qatar-March 2007.
6. Participation in Dates conference, which was organized by Marketing research centre /Bagdad University, with research about green fuel.
7. Participation in the Second environmental conference about water, Iraq-Kurdistan-Duhuk 25-27 April 2007.
8. NGO’s representatives of Arab region in Environment and development Network conference prior to Arab ministers responsible of environment , to give suggestions and recommendations about the environment situation in Arab countries. Cairo Dec. 2007. |

1st Environmental meeting for Iraqi university
students (project of graduation ):
By Kurdistan region government sponsorship and in coordination
with ministry of higher education , ministry of environment in
Kurdistan , Kurdistan students union, Alsabah Aljadeed
establishment, civil pillar and Nature Iraq ,Together organized
the first environmental conference for Iraqi students in all
Iraqi universities –project for graduation in last stage – in
environmental field.25 researches in different field of
environment were accepted to participate in the conference ,
Certificates and gifts from minister of higher education,
minister of environment and Kurdistan students union and
Together were distributed to them. Also there was an
environmental trip in the third day of the conference The conference
held in Erbil, July 2007.
TOGETHER organized and participated in Iraqi youth initiative for progress in Iraq in order to raise awareness about the
importance of dialogue among youth of hostile nations and
reawaken youth interest in global politics by inspiring American
and Iraqi youth to share their experiences in their home
communities and by producing a full-length documentary of the
conference, July 2008.
